Any questions? - AIIC Belgium meets future colleagues

On Saturday, April 1st, the Belgian Region of AIIC holds its fifth annual information meeting for students training in interpretation, their teachers, and newcomers in the profession. The meeting will take place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, rue Gineste 3 in Brussels from 10.30-12.30 a.m.

The introductory session will cover AIIC's aims and services and advice by experienced members on how best to get started as an interpreter in Belgium. Informal discussions, over a drink, will enable the guests to make useful contacts with professionals, and AIIC to get a clearer idea of students' and young interpreters' problems and expectations. Past meetings also furthered a constructive exchange with teachers in different interpreters' schools. The meeting is organised by the ‘Groupe Jeunes’, the Belgian region's contact point for students and young interpreters.
